Requirements

• No prior experience required, but a genuine interest in the construction industry.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and lift at least 47 pounds.
• Be responsible and punctual, with own transportation to reach meeting points or projects.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn proactively.
• Reside in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Assist actively with skilled workers and supervisors in structural repair, foundation, and specialized construction projects.
• Perform general construction tasks under supervision, such as area preparation, controlled demolition, and material handling.
• Learn the correct and safe use of manual, electrical, and motorized tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently.
