About The Position

As an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Supervisor (AVOS), you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Ride Hail (RHO) team and ensuring fleet readiness across all shifts. This includes oversight of Fleet Deployment Specialists, AV Cleaners, and Calibration Associates — ensuring every vehicle is safe, clean, charged, and mission-ready. This role requires a data-oriented, action-driven leader who thrives in a fast-changing environment. You’ll analyze operational performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement process improvements through experimentation and data-driven decisions. You will also play a key role in training and team development, delivering onboarding and refresher training to frontline staff when needed, and providing actionable feedback to the central training team on skill gaps and improvement areas. As part of your development, you’ll also participate in the Partner’s Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program to ensure operational consistency and alignment with partner standards. You’ll balance leadership and execution — driving accountability through metrics, coaching through feedback, and building a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position may require working morning, evening, or overnight shifts — including weekends and holidays — based on operational needs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona. Remote work is not available for this role due to its hands-on operational requirements.
