About The Position

As a Remote Assistance Operator , you will: Watch and monitor self-driving cars using cameras and software tools. Step in remotely if something goes wrong or the car needs help. Record everything important that happens during your shift. Review trips and report any issues or strange behavior. Help analyze problems and improve the system. Share important info with the next shift team.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, dispatch, IT, or operations.
• Good decision-making skills under pressure.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable with documentation and note-taking.
• Willing to learn about self-driving car systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using maps, tracking tools, or remote control interfaces.
• Familiarity with how self-driving cars "think" (planning, perception).
• Background in log analysis or reviewing data.
