As a Research and Development Senior Technical IPT Manager, you will help manage and coordinate efforts to solve system level challenges and technical issues spanning autonomy, sensors, fusion, data analysis & management, communication systems, flight operations, and other capabilities related to ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Recognizance) missions. You will help manage the Agile software development process, organize and run Sprint Demos and Sprint Reviews, and lead the Capability Roadmap process.
