About The Position

We’re hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators in Miami to support the launch of a self-driving ride-hailing service. This is a local—candidates must live in the Miami area. Operators will drive and monitor vehicles, ensure safety, and provide feedback to engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must live in Miami and have FL Driver's Licence
• Clean driving record, no DUIs or criminal history
• Ability to focus for long driving sessions (up to 8 hrs/day)
• Strong communication and basic tech troubleshooting skills

Nice To Haves

• Professional driving experience (Rideshare, delivery)
• Military, law enforcement, or technical background
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or computer systems

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor autonomous vehicles
• Ensure safety during vehicle operation
• Provide feedback to engineering teams
