About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tint to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Window Tint Installation: Expertly apply various types of window films (e.g., dyed, ceramic, carbon) to vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Vehicle Prep: Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of films and avoid defects. Quality Assurance: Inspect all installations for bubbles, imperfections, or misalignments, making adjustments as necessary to meet high-quality standards. Customer and Dealer Interaction: Professionally communicate with dealership staff and customers to understand needs and recommend the best products and services. Workspace Maintenance: Keep tools, equipment, and the workspace clean and organized, adhering to company safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: Must have Experience. Requirements

Proven experience in window tinting.
Expertise in working with various film types and application techniques.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to safely operate sharp tools and heat guns.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma
