About The Position

Xcite Auto is now seeking an experienced Automotive Wheel Repair Technician responsible for repairing curb rash and cosmetic wheel damage on alloy and aluminum wheels. This role focuses on refinishing, sanding, painting, and color matching to dealership standards within a production-driven reconditioning environment.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on automotive wheel repair experience
Direct experience with curb rash repair and wheel refinishing
Proven ability to repair alloy and aluminum wheels
Experience with wheel painting, color matching, and finish blending
Background working in automotive reconditioning or dealership environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Prior role as a Wheel Repair Technician, Rim Repair Technician, or Wheel Refinisher
Experience in dealership reconditioning, used car recon, or auction recon
High-volume automotive reconditioning experience
Mobile wheel repair experience
Familiarity with OEM wheel finishes and dealership quality standards
Experience working with KPIs, production metrics, or recon timelines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior role as a Wheel Repair Technician, Rim Repair Technician, or Wheel Refinisher
Experience in dealership reconditioning, used car recon, or auction recon
High-volume automotive reconditioning experience
Mobile wheel repair or in-shop recon experience
Familiarity with OEM wheel finishes and dealership quality standards

Responsibilities

Perform curb rash repair and cosmetic wheel repair
Execute wheel refinishing, including sanding, filling, priming, painting, and clear coating
Perform accurate color matching and paint blending on OEM wheel finishes
Repair alloy wheels and aluminum wheels to dealership-ready standards
Meet production goals while maintaining quality control
Follow established automotive reconditioning workflows
