About The Position

The Automotive Wash Bay Technician at All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is responsible for washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles to maintain the company's standard and quality of service. This includes using various cleaning equipment and agents, applying protective sealants, and refurbishing headlights. The role requires thorough inspection of vehicles for pre-delivery and maintaining service tools and equipment. All-Pro Auto Reconditioning, established in 1994, provides comprehensive automotive reconditioning services for dealerships nationwide, specializing in detailing, ceramic coating, window tinting, paintless dent repair, and wheel repair.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
Positive attitude.

Previous detail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
Remove trash from the interior and cleans upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
Apply protective sealant.
Refurbishing headlights.
Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
Understand and deliver to the specific requirements of the customers.
Inspecting the vehicles thoroughly for pre delivery.
Maintaining the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
Other responsibilities provided by manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
