Requirements

• Impeccable Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history is essential.

• Prior valet, automotive, or customer service experience preferred, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic!

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, opening doors and assisting them upon arrival.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve a variety of luxury and premium vehicles (Audi, VW, Volvo, Mazda) within designated dealership areas.
• Navigate busy service drives and parking lots with care and precision, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and efficiently.
• Maintain meticulous organization of vehicle keys, ensuring quick retrieval and secure storage.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide directions, and offer a helping hand with personal belongings as needed.
• Ensure the service drive and valet areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Conduct quick visual inspections of vehicles upon arrival and report any existing damage to the appropriate personnel.
• Work seamlessly with Service Advisors, Sales Consultants, and other dealership staff to ensure a smooth customer flow and efficient operations.
