Automotive Truck Technician

Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a solid Truck Technician who knows their way around trucks and diesel systems and takes pride in doing the job right. This isn’t entry-level. We need someone with certifications and real experience , and Ford truck experience is a big plus . Requirements
- Diesel/truck-related certifications required (ASE, OEM, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Truck Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
Nice To Haves
- Ford truck and diesel experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing truck and diesel systems
- Performing maintenance and more advanced mechanical repairs
- Using proper diagnostic tools and following OEM procedures
- Turning quality work efficiently and correctly the first time
- Working as part of a professional, calm and productive service team
