Transmission Technician – Earn $60K–$100K Tom Kadlec Chevrolet | North Branch, MN Are you a transmission expert who loves solving tough problems and getting vehicles back on the road the right way? Tom Kadlec Chevrolet is looking for a skilled Transmission Technician ready to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership with great pay and top-tier equipment. If diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing transmissions is your specialty — we want YOU on our team. What You’ll Do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automatic & manual transmissions Perform transmission removals, rebuilds, replacements, and drivability repairs Use advanced diagnostic tools and factory service information Test drive vehicles to ensure top-quality repairs Work alongside a strong service team that values precision and efficiency What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Transmission Technician Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and take pride in your work ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to earn them) Valid driver’s license Why Tom Kadlec Chevrolet? Requirements
- Proven experience as a Transmission Technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and take pride in your work
- Valid driver’s license
