About The Position

As part of the dealership's growth, the Automotive Title/Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing title work for retail, wholesale, and dealer trades, as well as handling out-of-state title work. The candidate will also maintain title books, acquire titles promptly, assist in costing wholesales, and process payoff checks to lienholders. Regular review of accounting schedules and compliance documents is essential, along with the submission of aftermarket products and processing cancellations weekly. The position also involves pulling and posting manufacturer invoices and credit memos daily, requiring strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
