AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIANS ($800 New Hire Bonus)
About The Position
Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join their team at state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Wall Township, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. As an Automotive Tire Technician, you are considered the backbone of the business. Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable, and no experience is needed as paid training is provided. Technicians will also receive weekly performance-based incentive programs on top of their guaranteed hourly rate.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to work 5 days each week
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels
- Perform tire services (rotations, balancing, and flat repairs)
- Keep valued customers' vehicles operating safely
- Provide best-in-class automotive service
- Meet customer-promised delivery times
- Provide quality service
