We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their tire needs, managing tire sales, and providing support to our service advisors. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of tires and automotive services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to put in the over time when needed.
  • A good driving record with a valid drivers license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Self motivated, has the ability to recognize when the customer may need assistance and or work needs to be done.
  • Proficient in computer systems and basic software applications.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

  • Background in automotive industry advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Assist customers with any question or guidance needed including tire inquiries and sales.
  • Help Manage tire inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Provide information on tire options, pricing, and promotions
  • Support service advisors in scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
  • Pick up customers vehicles and deliver them back.
  • Shuttle customers to and from our dealership.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to advance your skills and career.
