Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proven sales experience in tires and complete car care
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Generate sales in store and over the phone
• Explain the features and benefits of multiple tire products, tire related services and automotive services
• Partner with Service Department on vehicle maintenance inspection results
• Recommend services and create estimates based on inspections performed
• A mindset to continuously learn new technical information in order to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive industry
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Have a positive attitude and be team-oriented
• Job training (ASE, etc.)
