About The Position

As an Automotive Tire and Lube Technician, you will work as part of a team to perform basic preventive maintenance on vehicles. Your responsibilities will include repairing tires, performing tire rotations, mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires, as well as performing oil changes and installing filters. This position offers a competitive effective rate of $17.50-$20, which includes base pay, commission, overtime, and paid benefits.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn the basics of preventive maintenance
• Current college/trade school students and graduates encouraged to apply
• Motivated and eager individual looking for an opportunity in an essential industry
• Transferable skills or relevant experience, such as food industry experience, manufacturing, or production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform services in a timely and efficient manner
• Confidence in ability to communicate with team members to complete tasks
• Detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn and grow with the company
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 70lbs and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning
