We are seeking a Service Tire Advisor / Accessory Supervisor with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. Service Tire Advisor (Main Job Role): You will greet customers as they bring their vehicles in for service. After a proper greeting, you will conduct a tire safety inspection which includes tread depth measurement, inspecting date codes, and verifying the correct size tire is on the vehicle. If the tires are found to be in need of replacement, you would then provide a good / better / best option for replacement. You will be a tire subject matter expert with how to properly inspect, recommend, and sell tires to customers. You will also be well versed with tire warranties, road hazard protection, and technology on how to track your inspections and develop a follow up process when customers decline tire replacements. This position requires a customer service mentality along with great teamwork skills. Accessory Supervisor (Secondary Job Role): We install a lot of genuine Chevrolet accessories at the time of a new vehicle purchase. We need someone to properly check in and stock accessories as they arrive. You would then fill out an inventory spreadsheet and properly label parts with what vehicles they get installed on. When the time comes for the Technician to install the parts, you would then pull the parts for the Technician and update the inventory. Other Service / Parts administrative tasks will be assigned as well but the main job roles are listed above. At Joseph Chevrolet, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
