We not only design and build these facility systems assets but also operate, maintain, and manage these facilities. Seeking experienced Wind Tunnel Technician This is an afternoon shift position- 3pm to 11:30pm. You will train days then transition to afternoons after a couple months. We pay a shift premium for afternoon shifts. #fordtestgroup BRIEF OUTLINE OF SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities:Prep/de-prep of vehicles (wind tunnel instrumentation install/removal)Operate wind tunnels and chassis dynosInterface/ support customers in the garage, soak rooms, and test cellsFirst responders to all radio callsReceive and release vehicles in databaseStatus of vehicles in numerous data basesInstall and remove camo from test vehiclesWash vehicles as necessarySupport cold chamber defrost/defog testingDriver support for test cells and soak roomsProvide support to all Technicians Clean and organize all garage areas T his position is full-time. This is NOT a contract position.
