Requirements

• Energetic team player who has a strong understanding of automotive technology.
• Self-Motivated individual who is career minded and customer centric.
• Experience providing front-line support to customers with complex technology questions.
• Track record of serving as the technology consultant to all teammates in the dealership.

Nice To Haves

• Lexus experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolving customer inquiries about vehicle technology issues (Lexus experience preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot Vehicle Technology & System features and become a subject matter expert on all product knowledge on all vehicles (Lexus experience preferred).
