Automotive Technicians – All Levels (Apprentice to Senior Master) Location: Davidson Ford Inc., Watertown, NY Full-Time | Hourly + Flat Rate Opportunities | Signing Bonus for Qualified Candidates $17 - $45 hourly or flat rate (depending on experience) Production bonuses Up to $10k signing bonus based on experience and certifications Why Join Davidson Ford? Open Positions Include: Apprentice Technicians – Start your career with hands-on training and mentorship C-Level Technicians – Perform maintenance, light repairs, and tire services B-Level Technicians – Handle diagnostics, electrical, and mid-level repairs A-Level / Senior Master Technicians – Lead diagnostics, major repairs, and mentor junior techs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- NYS Inspection License (preferred or ability to obtain)
- Ford certification is a plus – required for A-Level/Senior Techs
- Strong work ethic, team attitude, and willingness to learn
- Basic tools required for apprentice and above; specialty tools provided
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with a focus on quality and safety
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle systems using Ford diagnostic tools
- Communicate repair needs clearly to advisors and document work accurately
- Participate in continued education and certification opportunities through Ford
- Work collaboratively with our shop foreman and service advisors
