Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear terms.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with the service manager and team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment.
- Build customer trust by demonstrating honest and professionalism customer hospitality.
