We are looking for an Automotive Technician who is ready to mentor the next generation and take command of a bay in one of the country’s premier service departments." We are actively hiring a Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our Service Team. Our Flat Rate Automotive Technician plays a significant role in our dealership by allowing us to offer world-class servicing to any vehicle they purchase from us. You would spend most of your time diagnosing issues with vehicles and repair work. The ideal candidate will be an individual with prior experience working on Subaru vehicles and could be a great role model to the less experienced technicians. Requirements
- Master-level certification from Subaru or ASE
- Must have Subaru experience if ASE Certified
- Personal Tools
- Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Diagnose automotive problems as they arise
- Conducting inspections, repairing engine failure, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts
- Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process
- Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team
