If you’re ready for a change and want to be part of a winning team, we want to meet you! What You’ll Do: Perform diagnostics and testing on a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Complete thorough and accurate digital vehicle inspections. Inspect and diagnose issues, communicate findings with service advisors, and recommend appropriate repairs. Provide detailed parts lists and accurate labor time estimates based on industry standards. Perform courtesy inspections and preventive maintenance as approved by customers. Safely use hydraulic lifts, jacks, and tools while following proper procedures. Maintain a positive, professional attitude that reflects honesty, integrity, and respect. Contribute to a clean, organized, and team-oriented workplace.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive repair/service industry (aftermarket shop experience preferred).
  • ASE certifications are highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience in: Engine performance and drivability, Electrical systems, Suspension and steering, Automatic transmissions, Air/hydraulic brake systems
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move over 100 lbs.
  • Work comfortably on vehicles above head level and in tight spaces.
  • Manual dexterity to use hand tools efficiently.
  • Ability to stand/walk for most of the workday.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Work at a brisk pace in a high-volume shop.
  • Comfort using computers to document inspections and repairs.
