About The Position
Mike Patton Automotive is currently looking to hire experienced Automotive Technicians at 3 locations (CDJR, Honda and Ford). WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING TO HIRE CHRYSLER / HONDA / FORD CERTIFIED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS! HOWEVER, A LEVEL TECHNICIANS WITH 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AND OEM OR ASE CERTS ARE ALSO STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! We are looking for CAREER-MINDED individuals ONLY! We are offering a top pay ($100K - $150K depending on experience), a comprehensive benefits package, up to a $10K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right candidates! Requirements
- MUST HAVE AUTO TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE!
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
- Applicants must have a valid driverâs license.
- 5+ Years of High Level Technician Experience is REQUIRED

Nice To Haves
- Previous Chrysler / Honda / Ford Certified Automotive Service Tech Experience a PLUS
Responsibilities
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required.
- Notify service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
- Document work performed.
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
