Requirements

Proven Technical Expertise - Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of automotive systems and components
ASE Certifications - Current ASE certifications required (we provide cash bonuses for additional certifications!)
Diagnostic Proficiency - Strong skills in using diagnostic equipment and interpreting technical data
Vehicle Inspection Experience - Comprehensive inspection capabilities (digital inspection experience preferred)
Professional Work Ethic - Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
Team Collaboration - Ability to work effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
Growth Mindset - Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills

Master ASE certification
