We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an independent shop or dealership service department.
Certifications: ASE certifications (A1–A8) are highly preferred but not always required; Section 609 EPA Certification for HVAC required and a commitment to ongoing education.
Software Proficiency: Must be capable of learning software systems (internal) and other systems such as WORD and Excel.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Tools: Must possess a professional set of tools and basic and specialty tools.
Physical: Ability to lift 60–75 lbs. and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and long periods of standing.

Tekmetric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnostics: Use modern diagnostic techniques and equipment to accurately pinpoint mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Maintenance: Perform routine services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes.
Repairs: Repair or replace steering and suspension components, brakes, transmissions, and engines.
Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure all repairs are completed successfully, address customer concerns, and meet safety standards.
Inspections: Conduct and record thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings for Service Advisors to communicate to customers.
Shop Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and hazardous waste disposal regulations.
