Requirements
- 4+ years of automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop) required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Mercedes-Benz experience or certifications highly preferred
- ASE certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and Mercedes-Benz factory standards
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete repair orders efficiently and thoroughly
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all services performed
