About The Position

Position: 2nd Shift Automotive Technician Schedule: No Weekends - 4 Day Work Week (Monday Night - Thursday Night) Shift: 2nd Shift 4PM-3AM (40 Hour Work Week) Compensation: 1-3 Years Experience: 52K-65K Annually Compensation : 3-5 Years Experience: 65K-90K Annually Compensation: 5+ Years Experience: 90K-120K Annually What employees like about the position: Flat Rate + Shift Differential Pay We Pay 20% More For Warranty Work We Pay For MPI's We Pay Very Competitive Hourly Rates Only Work 4 Nights A Week (Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday) (Monday-Thursday 4PM-3AM) Shift is Production Only (No Customers, No Juggling Promise Times) Access to several lifts during the shift to increase efficiency Performance Requirements: Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking, supporting documentation, and ability to follow a process without supervision Effective communicator verbally and written communication Business Requirements: Susquehanna CDJR has developed a team of wonderful people throughout the dealership. The shop features the following and more: Brand New Service & Parts Facility Air-Conditioned Shop Heated Floors Built-in toolboxes for all technicians Dedicated Tool Room 25 Stalls and only 10 technicians In ground lifts, commercial above ground lifts Brand new Hunter revolution tire changer, new Hunter hammer head road force balancer Built in computers for each technician Overhead reels Welding outlets by all bays Compensation Package Features: Flat Rate + Shift Differential
