The Technician role at Monro is a full-time or part-time hourly position focused on conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Technicians are expected to deliver exceptional 5-Star service to guests by effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting time and quality expectations.
