Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience for insurance purposes
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer and dealership vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
- Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate repair estimates and updates
- Install vehicle components and systems as needed
- Document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all dealership and industry safety standards
- Stay current on evolving automotive technology through ongoing training
