About The Position

Are you a skilled mechanic who knows how a car should drive? We’re looking for a Mechanic – Diagnostic Driver to join our PSI/Arbitration team.

Your main responsibility is simple but critical: drive vehicles to identify and diagnose any potential issues before they move through the process. No major repairs—just your expertise behind the wheel and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

Drive vehicles to detect mechanical or performance problems
Report any findings accurately and promptly to the PSI/Arbitration team
Help ensure vehicle quality and consistency standards are met
Work on a team and independently
Keep safety as a top priority

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge and keen diagnostic ability
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Dependable, observant, and safety-focused
• High School Diploma
• Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to operate all types of vehicles.
• Must have own tools.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical coursework completion, highly preferred
