Requirements

Technical training
ASE certification or equivalent required; manufacturer-specific certifications strongly preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of experience as an automotive technician.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
Assist with minor mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring safety and reliability.
Test and evaluate vehicle functionality, documenting findings to maintain service records.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and keep up-to-date with automotive technologies.
Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to deliver outstanding guest service.
