Requirements

Extensive CDJR experience or ASE certification (Master Level preferred, Level III considered)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Familiarity with CDJR tools and systems
Excellent communication and team spirit
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Your own tools
Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems in CDJR vehicles
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.)
Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint and fix issues accurately
Communicate clearly with advisors and customers
Stay updated on CDJR models and repair bulletins
Keep repair records and follow all safety protocols
Test drive vehicles to ensure repair quality
Mentor technician apprentices
