About The Position
We are seeking a high-level Automotive Technician (Master or strong B-Level) capable of handling advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with accuracy and efficiency. Volvo experience is strongly preferred , but we will consider technicians with strong European vehicle background and proven diagnostic ability. This is a professional, no-nonsense shop where doing the job right matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Master Technician or strong B-Level Technician
- Volvo experience highly preferred (dealer or independent)
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Experience with modern scan tools (VIDA a plus)
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, intermittent issues)
- Diagnose and repair Volvo vehicles and other European makes
- Follow proper diagnostic procedures— testing and verification, not guesswork
- Complete major repairs including engine, suspension, steering, and electrical systems
- Document diagnostic steps and repair findings clearly
- Work closely with service advisors for accurate communication
