Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (preferred but not required)
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (preferred but not required)
  • A great attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
  • Perform maintenance: brakes, tires, oil changes, inspections, etc.
  • Work with service advisors to communicate with customers
  • Use diagnostic equipment and repair tools efficiently
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Mentor junior techs as needed
