Requirements

Prior experience as an automotive technician or similar mechanical role
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and EV fundamentals
Valid Texas driver's license + clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
Comfortable working around advanced vehicle technology

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as an EV Technician
Experience working with ADAS-equipped vehicles

Responsibilities

Assessing and documenting vehicle damage after road incidents
Performing minor on-site repairs and coordinating major repairs with partner service centers
Completing scheduled maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.)
Monitoring vehicle condition and spotting issues before they become problems
Supporting field operations with vehicle evacuations and towing coordination
Transporting vehicles to service appointments, repairs, and washes to keep the fleet running smoothly
Maintaining shop and fleet cleanliness , readiness, and safety compliance
