About The Position

We are seeking a top-notch, experienced Service Technician to work in our growing service department at North Coast Mitsubishi Bedford! Applicant should have knowledge of different makes and models and comfortable with minor diagnostic. They must be goal focused, detail oriented and a self-starter. The right applicant can expect to make between $20-$40 per hour. If you have automotive technician experience and a desire to grow your career, we need to talk. Requirements

Automotive service technician experience
Energetic with a positive attitude
Devotion to your work as a career
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Clean Driving Record
High school or equivalent (Required)
Automotive service technician: 1 year (Required)
Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications, a plus
Automotive technical school graduate, a plus

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and diagnose the problem(s).
Provide an excellent customer service experience by performing quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
Provide an estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance.
Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology
Build and maintain knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and completion of manufacturer training
Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills
Maintain a safe and clean workspace
