About The Position

Ontario Auto Ranch Ford is expanding and looking for a skilled Automotive Technician with at least 2 years of structured shop experience who is ready to move into a higher-performing environment. This is not an entry-level opening. We are looking for technicians who already understand workflow, diagnostics, and productivity — and who are ready to be compensated accordingly. If you are currently at a dealership dealing with unnecessary red tape, or in an independent shop with limited structure, inconsistent workflow, or unclear processes, this opportunity may be the right next move. Our service department continues to invest heavily in equipment, training, and support to ensure technicians stay productive and can perform at a high level. We maintain a steady mix of retail and customer-pay work, helping technicians maintain strong flat-rate performance. We are building a team of professionals who take pride in efficiency, accuracy, and continuous development of their craft. A-Level Technician A highly skilled technician capable of handling advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with confidence. Produces high-quality work consistently and contributes positively to overall shop performance. B-Level Technician A productive technician capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Focused on improving efficiency, growing diagnostic skill, and becoming a highly respected automotive professional. This is a performance-driven environment where strong technicians can exceed standard flat-rate expectations. This position is for a technician who shows up ready to produce, stays focused throughout the day, and takes pride in doing the job correctly the first time. Someone who values efficiency, professionalism, and steady career progression. We are moving quickly to identify the right technician.
