The Technician performs basic maintenance operations on customers' vehicles and accurately diagnoses and repairs customers' vehicles. For every service, a multi-point inspection is performed, and any items needing immediate or future attention are documented for the customer. In addition, the Technician will perform safety inspections for used vehicle reconditioning and pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or Trade School Certification and at least four years of shop experience. Manufacturer training is a plus. An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, a professional set of tools, and the physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
