About The Position

EchoPark Automotive is a rapidly expanding brand in the automotive industry, focused on ethical business practices, guest treatment, quality work, and employee growth. The company is seeking an Automotive Technician to join its team in New Braunfels, TX. This role offers guaranteed pay and a collaborative, casual work environment, distinct from traditional competitive shops. The technician will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, inspecting and repairing a diverse range of pre-owned vehicles up to 12 years old.

Requirements

• Must be state certified where applicable
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification
• Own a set of tools
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Respect for teammates and positive outlook

Responsibilities

• Perform 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Execute lube, filter, and flushes
• Conduct brake system and tire repair
• Perform suspension and alignments
• Address Vehicle Drivability issues
• Perform Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
• Execute Gasket and Seal Repairs
