Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Toyota experience preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and quality workmanship
• Commitment to OEM repair procedures, safety standards, and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Toyota experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical/electrical repairs on Toyota vehicles
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication and accurate repair documentation
• Complete repairs according to Toyota factory standards and dealership expectations
• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Toyota technology, including hybrid and EV systems
• Contribute to a professional, team-focused service environment
