What You’ll Be Doing Retail Team: Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and efficiency. Recon Team: Prepare and recondition vehicles for resale, ensuring top quality. Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot drivability and electrical issues, perform high-quality repairs. Standards & Safety: Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with advisors and fellow techs to ensure customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Experience: 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Diagnostic Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities. Work Ethic & Integrity: Do the job right the first time. Team Player Mentality: You lift others up and contribute to a positive culture.
