Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician, Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus.
  • Valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance tasks on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
  • Efficiently and accurately assess mechanical problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments.
  • Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, steering, and suspension.
  • Complete manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on Mercedes-Benz vehicle technology and service standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about repairs and the status of their vehicles.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
