About The Position

Rivergate Muffler & Auto Repair is a growing, family-owned and operated, auto repair shop in Madison, TN and looking for an experienced Technician to join our team. We have been voted "Best Shop in Madison" by the public five of the past six years! We don't like chaos because it costs our techs money. We strive to make everything as efficient as possible. Requirements

• Three Years Technician Experience Required (This is a MUST-HAVE)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have tools necessary to perform automotive repairs and diagnosis
• Provide superior customer service
• Clean driver's license - We Check Backgrounds
• Strong willingness to learn, take direction to task and grow.
• Maintain a positive dynamic attitude with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
• Dependable and driven personality
• Strong time management skills
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Automotive Secondary School a Positive
• ASE or equivalent brand certifications increase value
