Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive Technician or similar high-performance role.
- Deep knowledge of diagnostics, repair systems, and advanced maintenance procedures.
- Hands-on experience with modern diagnostic equipment and automotive software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills — you know how to earn trust and loyalty.
- Physically capable of handling a fast-paced, demanding shop environment (lift up to 50 lbs).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with diesel repair and maintenance is a major plus.
- Bonus points for sales or upselling experience — we reward hustle.
Responsibilities
- Execute expert vehicle maintenance and precision repairs — oil, brakes, tires, engines, and beyond.
- Master cutting-edge diagnostics with the latest Nissan software and specialized tools.
- Maintain and repair diesel engines for maximum performance and reliability.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the newest tech, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) — repair, calibrate, and dominate.
