About The Position

We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicle
  • Must possess adequate tools and toolbox to perform repairs
  • Must possess Diagnostic Scan Tool and PC to perform diagnostics and inspections
  • Desire to be a part of a solid supportive team
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication
  • A desire for long-term career development

Responsibilities

  • Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers
  • Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Work closely with the Service Department Advisors and effectively communicate customer concerns
  • Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
