Relocation and Sign-On Bonus up to $5K! 💼 What We Offer: Competitive flat-rate pay starting at $33.00- $45.00 based on experience and certifications Paid time off that accrues from day one Monthly Tool reimbursement & we will pay to have your tools moved An extensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and more 401(k) with employer contribution Wellness reimbursement up to $75 per month Tuition reimbursement toward automotive certifications Lexus-specific training and career advancement opportunities Employee discounts & a fun team environment 🔧 What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain Lexus and other vehicles to manufacturer standards Perform routine and complex service work efficiently and accurately Communicate effectively with service advisors on repair status and findings Document all work performed in compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements Keep up to date with Lexus training and certification programs Contribute to a positive and professional team culture 👤 Who You Are: Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Preferably ASE-certified or Lexus/Toyota-certified (or willing to obtain) Committed to providing excellent customer service and quality work Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a luxury dealership environment
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Maine Vehicle Inspection license
- Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
- Possess a valid driver's license and a favorable motor vehicle record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and quality work
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a luxury dealership environment
Nice To Haves
- Preferably ASE-certified or Lexus/Toyota-certified (or willing to obtain)
