About The Position

Rairdon’s Subaru of Auburn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASE Master Certified Technician to join our service team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to factory standards while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is full-time and offers a salary range of $30.00 to $45.00 per flat rate hour, with potential for a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance for master technicians.

Requirements

• ASE Master Certification
• Prior experience working on Subaru vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, with a focus on Subaru.
• Use OEM tools and equipment to complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines.
• Stay current with factory training and certifications.
