The Cullen golf Course at Mineral Mound is looking for you to join our team! We are currently seeking a self- motivated, energetic person, who will jump on board with our goals of providing pleasant and memorable experiences for our guests. Mineral Mound State Park located in Eddyville; KY offers a beautiful work setting and a positive workplace culture that encourages new ideas and creative approaches to enhancing our guest experience. We are in a small park looking for our next team member to join the Kentucky Department of Parks experience. This team member will be working in Golf Course maintenance with the primary task of maintaining our mower fleet which includes various equipment with various cutting. Some of the Auto Technician I duties include the following: Grounds Maintenance Competition of work Orders Maintaining height of cut and quality of cut on all cutting units Maintenance of equipment General Maintenance duties in the care of Golf Maintenance Equipment Responding staff issues regarding equipment issues Maintain a safe working environment, and all safeguards are in place. Work to complete the overall vision of creating a great golfing experience. Other duties as assigned. You may be required to work overtime or alternate work schedules, lift heavy objects, work on your feet for extended periods, and frequently communicate in person or by other means of technology. Requirements
- EDUCATION: High school graduate.
- EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Must have two years of automotive and/or equipment repair technical experience.
- SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must possess a valid driver's license prior to employment in this job classification.
- Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials for the length of employment in this job classification.
- Employing agency is responsible for ensuring employee possesses and maintains required licensure(s), certification(s) or other credentials.
