Summary: This role will support charging and high-voltage diagnostic testing for automotive vehicles

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience using lab equipment like AC grid simulator, DC power supply, oscilloscope, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with automotive tester equipment.
  • Hands-on skills to prepare prototype vehicles for testing, troubleshooting vehicle/equipment issues, as well as propose/solve related issues.
  • Ability to document, analyze and report test findings.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • High mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and execute from early stage to production stage for End-of-Line in automotive applications.
  • Work closely with test engineers and the technician supervisor to set up, conduct, analyze, and tear down tests as they pertain to the department’s responsible areas.
  • Maintain test documentation, analyze results, and report findings – as necessary.
  • Keep a well-organized, clean shop area, lock tool boxes and keep track of tools.
